WALAD AL KHAIR ENTERS SERVICE

Our latest catamaran "Walad Al Khair will enter service on Monday 3rd May 2010.

Walad Al Khair has now been registered in Kuwait and flies the Kuwaiti flag. There are 36 deluxe seats with audio and video entertainment. Walad Al Khair is the first boat of its type in Kuwait and strictly adheres to all SOLASregulations.

Walad Al Khair will perform a daily, weekday service from Marina Crescent from Sunday to Wednesday inclusive, these times may vary, so make sure you check the schedule below.

On Fridays and Saturday "Walad Al Khair" will assist his big sister "Bint Al Khair".

Normally the catamaran will depart Marina Crescent at 10am and Failaka at 1pm. The sea journey time is 30 minutes, this will give you two and a half hours on the island.

The rate for Sunday to Wednesday is KD 12 per adult and KD 9 per child and includes entrance to Failaka Heritage Village and land transport from Failaka Harbor to the Village & return, buffet or a la carte luncheon, free entry to Wanasa Beach and use of the large village swimming pool. The rate for Friday and Saturday is KD 14 per adult and KD 9 per child, however this does not inlcude use of the village swimming pool.
